Terms of Use

1. About the service

100 Loves is an anonymous web service for creating a personal list of 100 loves and reading other people’s lists in a living anthology. The service is not a test, journal, or self-help service. The service does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

The service is in early MVP stage and is provided «as is», without warranties of uptime, data preservation in case of severe incidents, or continuous availability.

2. Age requirement

The service is for people aged 18 and older. On the first attempt to submit an entry, you confirm that you’ve reached 18 by ticking an explicit checkbox and providing your year of birth. If the calculated age is below 18, access is blocked.

Use of the service by people under 18 is a violation of these terms. A family/child mode with verifiable parental consent is planned for v1.2+ and is not present in the current MVP.

3. What’s allowed

  • Write honest answers to «What do you love?» in your own words.
  • Selectively publish entries to the public «Echo» feed (eye icon).
  • Read other users’ lists in the feed.
  • Use «Resonates» and «Add to mine» buttons within the available functionality.
  • Delete individual entries or your entire account with one click.

4. What’s prohibited

  • Publishing third-party PII (other people’s names, addresses, phone numbers) without their explicit consent. The service automatically blocks publication of entries containing detected names and addresses of other people.
  • Publishing offensive content (racial, gender, religious insults; calls to violence).
  • Publishing illegal content (child pornography, calls to terrorism, extremism under applicable law).
  • Using the service for mass automated publication (bots, scripts).
  • Attempting to bypass automatic filters (minimum 5 open entries to appear in the feed, PII check on publication).
  • Using the service to harvest data on other users (scraping, parsing).

Violation → account blocked without notice.

5. User content

You retain all rights to your list content. By publishing an entry to the «Echo» feed you grant the service a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to display that entry to other service users in anonymised form.

The service does not pass content to third parties, except processing by an LLM provider for PII checks (see Privacy Policy). No commercial exploitation of content, no advertising based on content.

6. Privacy

The full Privacy Policy is a separate document. Brief guarantees:

  • GDPR-by-default (applies across jurisdictions, not just the EU).
  • We do not store IP address or User-Agent.
  • Profiles with fewer than 5 open entries are not shown in the public feed.
  • Right to deletion (GDPR Art. 17) — one click in settings.
  • Right to portability (GDPR Art. 20) — «Download my data (JSON)» button in settings.

7. Liability

The service is not liable for:

  • Emotional reactions to other users’ lists (content is moderated for PII, not for emotional acceptability).
  • Accuracy of AI analytics (this is a supporting tool, not a diagnosis).
  • Data loss in severe incidents (please use «Download my data» regularly).
  • Actions of third parties using screenshots of entries outside the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via «Delete everything» in settings. After deletion data is physically removed from the active DB within 30 days (including backups — within 90 days).

The service may discontinue services at any time with 30 days notice (via email to those who left one, and via a notice on the site).

9. Changes

Terms may change. Material changes — with 30 days notice. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) — without notice; the update date in the document header reflects the change.

10. Governing law

For users from the Russian Federation — Russian law (FZ-152 and Article 1274 of the Civil Code). For users in the EEA — GDPR. For users in the US — CCPA where applicable to California residents.

All disputes — pre-trial settlement via email 100loves@collager.ai within 30 days from contact.

Consent to these terms is a mandatory condition of using the service. Without ticking the checkbox on first submission, the service does not work.
